but first, the kids deserve a shoutout for being such great hikers. making the trek were seven kids ranging in age from eleven to two years old. they kept good pace, did very little complaining, and were rewarded with epic views, a cold mountain lake, all the sticks, rocks, and trees that their baby hearts desired, and of course, les s'mores.
not pictured is anna, who was the only one with gall enough to venture neck deep in the lake.
