hike to punalau falls:

side note: it was raining a bit, and unbeknownst to us, there was a flash flood feeding into punalau falls, making it so that we apparently should not have done this hike. when we looked up other pics of the falls, we were all, "wait a minute, that's totally not the same one" 'cause the waterfall we were in was a rager, and we had to jump rocks through waist deep water to get up to it. 

even still, one of our favorite excursions. thanks for the tip, em kev!
